In this caseyou will receive the phone in the mail and can return it ina similar manner. Be careful, as the rental rate canquickly surpass the cost of a cheap international cellphone purchased specifically for the purpose.
Whilst you will not, of course, be able to use yourexisting phone number you may well find that the bestoption is to purchase a cheap international cell phonespecific to your destination. A domestic call plan willinclude cheap calls and the phone itself will likely bevery affordable. Always make sure to buy from a reputedlocal or online merchant and do not succumb to thetemptation of trying to get an extra deal from a streethawker.
